The Packaging: The box is simple and sleek. The back has the list of ingredients with a preview of the palette. The actual palette looks exactly like the box but is has a velvet feel. It also comes with a piece of paper with a warning on it and in the palette there is a slot with a double ended brush.

The Shadows: The shadows in this palette are neutral and berry tones. I absolutely love the shadows chosen in this palette. No two shadows are the same. I think this palette is perfect all year round because it has the warm tones for summer, the bright colours for spring, the burgundys for autumn and the deeper tones for winter.

Tempera: Whitey beige, matte.

Golden Ochre: Mustardy gold, matte.

Vermeer: Whitey pink, shimmer.

Bon Fresco: Dull lavender, matte.

Antique Bronze: Red brick, semi matte/shimmer.

Love Letter: Raspberry, matte.

Cyprus Umber: True brown, matte.

Raw Sienna: Browny mustard, matte.

Burnt Orange: Speaks for itself, matte.

Primavera: White gold, shimmer.

Red Ochre: Deep red, matte.

Venetian Red: Deep vibrant red, matte.

Warm Taupe: Light brown, matte.

Realgar: Orange with a hint of red, matte.

The Swatch: This palette has 14 shadows. 2 metallic, 1 semi matte/shimmer and 11 mattes. Both metallics are soft and creamy while the mattes are soft and velvety. Although Cyprus Umber, Venetian Red and Warm Taupe are pretty dry. All shadows had s bit of kick up but that doesn't bother me. Disclaimer: for each shadow I used a fluffy shadow brush for the mattes and my finger for the metallics.
